App has been silently disabled
Netgear tells you to install the new Nighthawk app despite it not supporting older routers. They have silently disabled this app and present this as a login error when trying to use it.
Horrible customer service
Bad app and much worse customer service. Would give 0 stars if that was an option. Stay away!

Did what I needed!
I just installed this app to manage an older Netgear model WNDR3400v3. I was able to login (when I found the password that I had changed it to, from “password”) and remove the guest access from both speed levels. Worked great! Do not really need anything else since it is just me and I am not into gaming. 😁

Completely useless…does not work. 40 minutes of my life wasted on this garbage.
Really needs a WPS button
The only reason I downloaded this app was so I could do WPS from my phone instead of physically using the router button. This is possible to do on the local router webpage 192.168.1.1, but not on this app for some reason.

Loading the local network map is a hit or miss.

Can’t sign in
Had the green version on my computer and it got deleted. This version doesn’t allow me to log in. I refuse to use nighthawk because it forces you to download there money maker subscription. Asus has free security. See ya netgear. Update app so it can find my router. It doesn’t show my router, even though my phone is connected to it.

Connection
The app keeps telling me to make sure my router is connected to wifi when I'm using the app on my home wifi.
Portrait Mode Only - unusable on tablets
This comes up sideways and there’s no changing it. If you use a tablet with a keyboard, this app is absolutely unusable.

Why is this still here
Netgear ended support for this app. Why is this app still on the App Store? It won’t work with any current routers. Don’t installed us.
Love the router, hate the app
Don’t waste your time trying to set up remote access. And be ready to spend most of the time changing passwords.
Useless
Over half of the features in this app are “Not available on this router” when I access this app. The app is just taking up space and is useless.
