Base Station and three satellites connected to AT&T fiber. Currently have 52 devices connected. Multiple iPhones, iPads, security cameras, video doorbells, apple home kit, and 4 TVs. ORBI makes it all work.

I have had very stable internet even through the COVID years. Thinking about upgrading soon to the newer technology netgear offers
Speed test often fails
The recent updates have ruined the speed test function. It often fails and sometimes says it can’t find the router.
Buy Unifi over Orbi; Ads inside this App
Purchase Unifi products instead. I’ve paid hundreds of dollars to Netgear for the Orbi devices, yet when I launch the app, I’m getting advertisements for their stupid Armor software. What nonsense!! Those ads do NOT serve the customer, just the manufacturer to sell more instead of excelling at what was already sold.

New 770 routers really suck
Set up of the routers is not as good as on the 670 routers. Everything was very difficult. The IP address settings were incorrect, and the satellites are not taking the highest SSRI of the devices to them. Everything still connected to the main router, which is farther away than the satellites.

Very unpleased with the coverage
I purchased three of them !! On a 5200 squ home and it still has miserable coverage and the technical support fellow knew nothing e cost taking me down standard questions which lead to “move them around” not worth the $3000 invested at all.

I want to configure my router the way I want but cannot find information on how to access the settings, just lots of automated configuration that does nit set it up the way I want.

Upgrade to Orbi 770 is a big Downgrade
My Orbi AC3000 was great but being retired. NETGEAR provided a decent discount to buy the Orbi 770 which was great. But I’ve had terrible internet issues since switching. My Xfinity Internet is consistently available 2GB plus but the Orbi 770 is not effectively distributing WiFi like it used to. Devices are not effectively moving between the base unit and the satellites. I’m very dissatisfied with this supposed upgrade. Looking to return and get a refund…

Internet based auth is insane
If your connection is not working or is intermittent, then the app won't let you in. Genius stuff. My Orbi is now EoL and the software is enough to make me not buy Netgear again as it's replacement.
But the reviews were so good..
Consistently drops, connects me to wrong satellite for no reason, bought extra satellites, still have same problems. Spent a ton of money on this system, pretty disappointed.
