Utter garbage
We’re in 2023 and can’t even view a camera without it disconnecting after about 10 seconds. Utterly pathetic. No support anywhere. Stay well clear. Cheap cr*p.

Can’t find anyone who recconnect my CCTV to my app after broadband upgrade
Another admin online
If I close out the app and try to open it back up again after I’ve looked at a site, it tells me another admin is online. Which obviously it was me when I have the only access. It’s very frustrating, please fix.
Netgard servers down
Many complaints on here regarding app not working on login, what you must realise is that the ddns provided by this manufacturer was provided free of charge, this does not mean that they should keep the servers going for life.
You need to put your hand in your pockets and pay for your own ddns, why expect it all for free. After all its an analogue system so is now obsolete anyway. Select security leeds

This App has been down for weeks now, how am I suppose to keep an eye on my business when it just won’t connect 🤬
