Utter garbage
We’re in 2023 and can’t even view a camera without it disconnecting after about 10 seconds. Utterly pathetic. No support anywhere. Stay well clear. Cheap cr*p.

Can’t find anyone who recconnect my CCTV to my app after broadband upgrade
Another admin online
If I close out the app and try to open it back up again after I’ve looked at a site, it tells me another admin is online. Which obviously it was me when I have the only access. It’s very frustrating, please fix.

Many complaints on here regarding app not working on login, what you must realise is that the ddns provided by this manufacturer was provided free of charge, this does not mean that they should keep the servers going for life.
You need to put your hand in your pockets and pay for your own ddns, why expect it all for free. After all its an analogue system so is now obsolete anyway. Select security leeds

DNS fails periodically.
Works some of the time but every now and then their dns system fails so users on home broadband with dynamic IP cannot connect. Poorly maintained in my opinion.

Hi can you please tell me if there’s issues with the connection on the app for the last few days. I use the app for a number of my premises but for the last few days struggling to connect or very sluggish to connect. Many thanks.

Please roll out a new update to rectify your other update which has crashed my app with no stream or connection issues.
This has now crashed again and only works on wifi when at home.
It no longer connects when away.

The battery is new
Every time i start the app, the battery is going down in minutes and the phone turns off! Few minutes later i turn it on and everything is ok, untill i try to use the app again!

Not happy the app has ceased to function since the update - why oh why ?? - I have to call out someone again to fix this as it has happened before please can you advise - lot of good having a top class security system if your part of it is useless ?
