Frustrated
Had this VPN over 5 years and all of a sudden says expired. I’ve been emailing them a week to resolve and going around in circles-very frustrating and still no VPN.
Rarely works
The service is so bad now. There are only 3 and even these rarely work. Total waste of money

iPadOS 26 broke this app’s VPN functionality. Developer fixed it within a day of letting him know.
Was good, now rubbish.
I’ve been using this software for years, and it’s worked well. I’ve been having quite a few problems recently and the tech support is none existent. This App hasn’t been updated for a few years now so I think they must have called it a day. Time to switch to a different provider. Wouldn’t recommend.

Uk server disappears again…
Over the past 10 days, terrible reliability for the UK server. What the heck is going on.
I have used this service for several years, but situation is atrocious for UK lately. What is going on?? You had better notify clients, or there will be a mass exodus. Netshade lately is shamefully unreliable to UK.

Not easy to use
Good luck trying to change the server listing on iOS. I've edited the server list on my MacBook Pro but I'll be damned if I can work out how to do it for my iPhone. I'd figure it out from the User Manual but for the fact there isn't one and the online Help offers no clues. It's frustrating as Netshade is excellent when the server you want is up and running.

VPN for UK often not available
Don’t waste your money
Doesn’t work, none of the vpn connection work well enough to actually use the internet. Useless.
Works well but sometimes servers are unavailable
I got this app mainly to get access to servers in the UK, Germany, France and Canada. UK servers become unavailable at least once a week and it is inconvenient when they are unavailable. Other than that the app works well. If the UK servers were always available I would consider giving it a 5 star review.

Limited servers available
There’s only 5 dedicated servers available just now, in 4 geos (US, Canada, France and Germany). What happened to all the others? There was more yesterday.
UK server missing
I have tried to connect to the UK server but it is no longer available so no use to me half way through my subscription. I am very disappointed
Still can’t connect on mobile version for 2 months.

What’s the point of having this App when no VPN for the Uk is provided.

Extremely Limited Server Choices
I could be wrong about this and I hope that I am corrected. Rayner Software’s NetShade app seems to have an extremely limited list of servers to choose from. Only one has IPv6. Oftentimes some servers listed won’t even connect. I have used them for some time but I’m not sure I will renew my yearly subscription again. The app works but as I said, the server choices are extremely slim pickins. Does anyone have a clarification regarding this?

Across Macs. After years I upgraded to the VPN service. Excellent. Kill switch on macOS. Since the iOS architecture appears to make the kill switch impossible, it would be nice if the notifications which are everywhere on iOS could give me a nudge when VPN service drops. Clean fast VPN. Applecentric.
