Mixed opinions
I like the app it is very easy to use. Unfortunately I like to use my phone while waiting for my appointment since sometimes wait times are 30-45 minutes and it booted me out of my waiting room. Since my doctor was offline I had to wait until they logged back in again and I had to start the whole waiting room form again. The connection and especially the sound was very poor. Don’t know if that’s on my end or the app itself. But it was very hard to hear my doctor and have a quality appointment.

Why don’t they use the zoom technology - the app cuts out video and sound constantly - especially when two peope talk at once.
