Frustrating app - not functional
I have downloaded the app, and whilst registering, it does not accept the otp sent. The setup just freeze up.
In my opinion just a wast of time and money.

Works perfectly
Contrary to all reviews i've read, my app works perfectly. I downloaded it, started the setup and immediately received the OTP, i even got to test it and I received a call from Netstar immediately. I'm happy with it😊
No OTP
I will be stopping my debit order for this service as I am yet to still receive my promised OTP. It makes me wonder what would happen if I needed the reaction team to assist me in a road side emergency. I will be cancelling my Netstar package and will go with another company. People dont waste your hard earned money.

NO OTP Received
Useless App isn’t safe to subscribe for this. OTP not received when trying to sign on a registered number. In case of emergency you will be left in danger. We subscribe today but we fail to receive OTP can’t pay for something that’s not working for me.
Poorly developed app
When you exit the app your “profile” expires. So if there is an emergency, you would have to sign up every time? Quite useless..
