Works with IOS 9, now with chrome but not internet explorer
Love the app but when I upgraded to IOS 9 on my phone it wouldn't work. Waiting to upgrade my IPad until it is fixed.
Update: using Chrome as my browser works flawlessly but not with internet explorer.

Great app overall
I am impressed with the performance of this app, with one hangup. In cases where you connect to a client with multiple monitors, I have not seen a way to change from one to another. This is done simply with the desktop app. Unfortunately I have not seen a way in documentation. If this feature has not yet been implemented then I would greatly appreciate it.

Works well
I support a large number of customers and netsupport manager makes this cost effective, the software is efficient and allows me to offer a great service. I love the new look and feel, performance is great and as I have a few clients using chrome books the new chrome book client is great.
Being able to see the location of the customers device is a nice touch.
