Doesn’t open unless I reinstall
Seems that I have to uninstall and reinstall every time I need to get into.
Mobile Check Deposit DOES NOT WORK
Issues all year making check deposits - super unreliable. Updates were made 2 days ago to the app yet I have not been able to deposit a check for a week.

It constantly freezes where nothing responds. I have to uninstall and reinstall nearly every time I want to use it. I am admin and use primarily for mobile check deposit. Very frustrating.

The star reviews keep going down but this developer has done nothing to addess all of these issues
Surprisingly bad
This app is unresponsive and full of what appeared to be bugs. Cannot get client information on a consistent basis. App crashes regularly please update.
Pershing should be embarrassed to offer this to clients
I’ve had this app for a couple of years. Some days, like today, it just doesn’t open past the startup screen.
However, considering the pathetic UI, limited functionality of the app (despite what seems to be an overwhelming # of tabs) and frequent bugs-they’re probably doing users a favor by not having it open.
Mind blowing that a huge company like Pershing/Bank of New York has such sad sad technology.

Terrible
The worst app I have ever had the displeasure of using. Mobile check deposit rarely works. Have to reinstall the app every time. Turns what should be a 5 minute process into a 10-15 minute one.

Needs to be completely redesigned. Certain buttons are unusable because of their locations on the screen. Just overall awful design.

After signing in initially, I now am stuck on a continuous loop of the app crashing when trying to access it.

Ive tried 8 times to uninstall
And reinstall and It keeps crashing. I missed todays Market hours to put an important trade through….wonderful app really bravo. Pershing is a huge company and bank of New York Mellon…you would think they would come out with a better app and trading platform as whole. Fidelity, TD and Schwab have better platforms hands down. Please Pershing hire a team of developers that know what they are doing…..you are going to lose clients if you can step it up and keep pace with todays tech. Also you need to improve the Client facing app as well.

Constant crashing
How can a company with a market cap of $35 billion somehow have an app worse than the local smoothie shop down the road?
Constantly reinstalling the app each time I need to use it - same complaint as many others and I’m using newest iOS and iphone 11.

Crashing Issues
The app is now constantly crashing, have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. New version is worse on iOs! Fix it!
Avoid if Possible
This app feels like it was designed by a child in 2010. I absolutely avoid using this app for anything other than mobile check deposit.
Can’t even log in
Just installed the app in order to start using it. I am already an authorized user with access to the desktop version. But your log in screen indicates my password expired, yet only allows for passwords that are 8-digits. My original password has been 9-digits or more for years, so it will not even accept the current one. After updating a “new” password to a 8-digit one, it does not allow you to move forward. Recent update states you made improvements to your password requirements screen. Well, it’s not working.

This app needs to mirror the web desktop version. It doesn’t. Transfers are buggy. Account names don’t show correctly.
Tech Support doesn’t handle the mobile app!!!!!! 8 phone calls to work out simple issues unresolved. Don’t trust this.

Can't Log In
The text box for the password doesn't allow enough characters to enter my full password, so I can't even log in.
Will not open, and unusable
App will not open and is unusable. Next to impossible to report the errors as well.
It has lot of improved features
The new updated version has lot more features and works fine. Not sure about the negative reviews.
Terrible
I have an iPhone 6s Plus and I can’t deposit checks since the apps last update. Called customer service and their only advice was to remove and reinstall app which I did 2x but still cannot mobile deposit check.
Why Isn’t This App Better
A trillion dollar firm should be able to make a usable app.
