Fix Buy > Limit > Limit Price deleted when Last Traded section refreshed
Please fix the ‘Buy’ screen.
Transact > New Order > Buy > Limit > Limit Price gets deleted when Last Traded section is refreshed. This means you can’t click the Review/Submit button until you re-enter your limit dollar amount when the Last Traded price gets close to your limit (or easily change the last few cents of the limit if the traded price increases).
Other than that I like the app.
I use the app to view the values of my Holdings, Buy new securities and Transfer Funds from my bank into my account.

Login Fails Consistently
It refuses to remember my password or Face ID. I enter what I KNOW to be correct user and PW and it refuses to let me in then locks me out.
Terrible App
Crashes and fails frequently. Will not allow login.
So dated vs every other app
I am tempted to switch brokerages just because of dated it is. It doesn’t show you year to date earnings, track how you’ve performed to s&p, no real time price update. It’s like a 15 min delay. Then it won’t link with any other apps like Yahoo Finance, Seeking Alpha and so on. It’s just not user friendly at all.

Does not open
This used to work, now after jumping through all the hoops, it will only open once a day if you’re lucky. Locks on a “blank” all white screen.
Worst
Worst it crashes after ya take look at your stocks requiring you to delete the entire app and its data and re-download go through the set up and permissions o my to crash five minutes later and start from scratch again.

FaceID does not work and never has no matter how many times you enable it, so full login with two
-factor authentication is required every time app is used. Developer needs to contact Apple for instructions on how to enable FaceID so that it works reliably as expected.

This app has a very special place among apps…
…it barely works when it works, but somehow still manages to get iteratively worse with every update without ending up a mere app icon on the homescreen as a decorative element. Claude’s idea perhaps of having fun on April fool’s day.
Crashes while opening
Crashes while opening not of much use really when it crashes while opening right?
Awful. Please fix this.
Buggy, unreliable an unnecessarily time consuming. Pershing should be ashamed enough to fix this properly.

This app consistently crashes when opening up. I have to uninstall and reinstall app to make it work but eventually it crashes again.

The app fails a lot of times. And, it takes extra time to get up to date. They could do better!
Broken, please fix ASAP
Currently doesn’t work on an iPhone 16 Pro in 12/2025. The developers need to fix this app ASAP, as it was a mess before it stopped working completely.
