Unresolved issue, despite prior reports of same
This latest version (01/03/2025) is not stable for Apple16ProMax iPhone. When you attempt to use app again, after previous sign out with confirmation of sign out, a blank white screen appears. The work around is to restart iPhone and/or reload the NB app. Since this has happened several times despite previous reports of the same, this app is of low value.

Finally, an app that works and provides vital information on the landing page. Nice functionality and useful graphics. Mimics the web client portal very well.
Worse Than Useless
‘Update: thought id try again. Can’t get past “terms and conditions “. Anyone who rates this higher than the lowest possible one star must be hallucinating as it is still useless other than as an annoyance.

What else can one say? One year this app is only for internal use and does not work for clients. Pathetic.
Not functioning / useless
I have access online at the website. However when I downloaded this app and put in my sign in information, it rejected it. So the app is totally useless. I had to put a shortcut to the website on my iPhone. That works fine.
