Cannot save T&C
As soon as I open the app I must accept the Terms and Conditions before doing anything, but I’m unable to print, save, or copy the text. Only an idiot would accept T&C’s without retaining a copy first.

Buggy app, all features listed do not work. For example, the ‘Contact Us’ link sends me to a web page that only gives error messages when attempting to submit anything.

In this day and age, it continues to astound and disappoint me that this app is so basic. So frustrating. Could you PLEASE add some simple graphs that show 1 month, 1 year, YTD, 3, 5 year trends? It can’t be that hard :) this is such an awesome company otherwise. Please??? Thanks in advance.
So basic but not very helpful
Needs more features. Can’t check history. You can check the current balance. You can’t see any performance history or any graphs. It’s so basic. Why would they not add that to the app. It’s pretty worthless if I have to go to the main website for any additional information.
Ap is useless
It keeps asking me to sign in when I have facial recognition activated. Also there is no place to see performance for 1 week, 3 months, 1 year, also 5 years. The AP is outdated; I recommend the Janus management to look and learn from what other competitors like Robinhood is offering to their clients, then make improvements.
