First you need to click their message, then you need a password; all to take a couple of windshield pictures. Doesn't even work. This makes me hate GEICO.

In 10+ years of owning an iphone i have never gone out of my way to write a review for an app no matter how great or bad it was. This is the first time and might be the last time. I will be changing insurance just from how bad this experience was. App requires access to all of your photos even location. Glitches out, then starts to auto delete the account. Terrible.

Unbelievable
I would rate this app at zero stars if I could. It won’t do anything for me to move forward to take pictures. Very inconvenient at a time we need ease and empathy to take care of our claims not more frustrating crap that doesn’t work right to submit pictures through this app. What a joke to use this form.

Absolute trash
No confirmation email and good luck getting anyone on the phone on the east coast. If you’re doing business in the entire US, you need to be open across time zones especially for critical things like a windshield claim. I have no idea if the pictures worked. Or if it actually uploaded. Can’t log back in despite creating an account - says if you continue everything will be deleted. Most frustrating garbage app I’ve ever had the misfortune to be forced to use.

Horrible
The app crashes when you try and put in a review at the end. Customer service is horrible and no one can help. Extremely disappointed that Usaa has me go through safelite then to this app and they have HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I have been on the phone with them 3 times and yes I got 3 different answers and all they do is send you back to Usaa which sends you back to safelite then Back to them! HORRIBLE!

I am disabled and I have a truck, it’s 118 degrees outside and they want to climb up on the truck with a dollar bill to take a pic of my crack! Wtg yall! Wonder why y’all only have one star reviews?

The worst iOS app
the worst application that exists on iOS the application will give you an error at the end of doing everything it asks you to do it is a disgrace that Geico uses this company to do this process with an inefficient system on their part. the application will end up giving you a headache and will provide an email indicating that your information will be deleted so that you cannot make the claim

This App is no good and buggy as heck
I downloaded the app and it kept crashing and freezing up. Seriously, don’t waste your time on it. You will never get it done and only end up frustrated

The frustration in trying to work with this app in the Arizona heat is ridiculous! Trying to get it to work in general is annoying. It’s a hassle and a waste of time!!!!

App didn’t crash at all. Instructions were pretty clear as long as you know how to listen. The only time it “crashed” was at the end after I put in my review. Then I just called to verify that my pictures were submitted and they were. Pretty easy so far. Now just waiting on them to review my submission.

Horrible
I’m glad that the representative from the glass repair company stayed on the phone with me while I was using this app. It was not intuitive, it gave vague instructions especially when it comes to clicking on their images of a windshield and then submitting your own picture that goes with that click, the image quality where it asks you to except or reject your photo is horrible, and after I confirmed my license plate number on the last photo I couldn’t tell if the app was done getting my information or if it just crashed! It just ended, not even a “Thank you, that’s all” like when you use the voice assistant calling a pharmacy or bank. I really wish they had run this through a focus or test focus or test group before releasing it.

This app is terrible. When you try to reset your password it redirects you to a blank page. The app constantly crashes. I can’t believe a company like Geico would partner with anyone with an app as bad as this.

This is honestly a garbage app. My guess it’s done on purpose to make it more digital to file claims. It crashes as soon as you’re going to submit things. The link will expire immediately after it crashes and you’ll have to start the process of getting a new link all over again.

Nothing more than a virus
In order to process a claim they have you click on a link they send you to install this little bugger on your phone. But it doesn’t install anything more than a link to their servers, like a virus, that you grant permission to access your camera and photos, then if it crashes which it does when their servers are down, you have to go back to the link again. You can’t click on the app icon it installs, that just has you delete the id you created and start over! And it crashes whenever their servers are down, so there is no app because it can’t work without being connected to them. It’s just made to look like an app, it’s really just an email or messaging link. And it’s useless. Apple should remove this from the App Store and ban this company.
