Doesn’t even turn on

Can’t even get passed the monthly sub part. Waste of time

$60?? To even look at the app.

$60 before I could try ANYTHING. I can’t even look at the app without paying. There was no cheaper or shorter option. Just $60 for a year, no take backs. And honestly as someone with ADHD and other things, if you decided to sign up for the “free trial“ you would most likely forget about it, and be charged $60 the second it ends. I understand that most apps need to charge to get anything in return, but it’s crazy to me that that is the only option to pay for it. You cannot even LOOK at what they offer until you pay. Seems either scammy, or useless to me.

A subscription is needed

So I saw this app on social media I thought it would be great to download it. But little did I know there was a subscription and you will be forced to buy this subscription I’m good I don’t need this app anymore

Not free

I was actually so excited to try out this app. Can’t do a single thing without paying their “free trial”

STOP WITH THE SUBSCRIPTIONS

I get you’re a small company and need to be paid somehow but not even allowing me to see your app without putting in my card information for a free trial is absolutely crazy. If I don’t cancel within 3 days (which is hard for people with ADHD (which you target your product to)) I will get charged. Why does there need to be a huge subscription payment to read summaries of books you didn’t write and games you didn’t create?

Free Trial??

I signed up for the three day free trial and immediately cancelled the same day I signed up. Now I got charged for the entire month. So much for the free trial…

DO NOT GET THIS APP!!

I downloaded this app under the FREE 3 day trial. They even offered a reminder that the trial was about to end, in which I accepted. When they sent the reminder I immediately went in and cancelled the subscription, this was the day before the trial ended. A Cpl of days later as I looked over my bank account I noticed a charge for the app for $31.79 through Apple services. I then disputed the charge thru Apple because apparently they handle it. It was denied two different times because it is hard for Apple to get there money back from some apps that are found in the App Store. Neuro apologized that they were unable to refund my money for an app that I cancelled out and only used the first day of the trial. This is the part I do not understand my money went to the Neuro app apparently, therefore why can they not refund my money? I have since then filed another dispute with my bank for what I call a fraudulent charge that was made to my account for an App that I “tried” and decided not to purchase. I did all I can do by cancelling the subscription and they can clearly see when the app was used and that it is now cancelled, yet they charged me $31.79 for the little bit of time I “tried” the app in what they refer to as a “FREE 3 day trial period” so save yourself the trouble and don’t dare fall for the FREE part and download this app because they will charge you. Absolute SCAM!!

Bait and switch

I seen the AD on TikTok and thought I’d give it a try. Just like any other self help improvement app it’s a bait and switch. They make it seem free, and I mean absolutely free with optional in app purchases and then you can’t use the app at all unless you pay for whatever it is. No thanks! I deleted it! Good luck!

Subscription

Didn’t even get to see what the app was like until it was already asking about subscribing. Told me I could have a three day free trial and that I would be notified before the trial ended so I could cancel it if I wanted to. So I did it just because I wanted to see what the app was like and Really give it a chance and it immediately tried to charge my account…

slayed

this app is so cute and i love it already. very user friendly interface and my brain already feels like it’s being worked!!

Free??

I just recently saw Neuro on TikTok as an ad. I thought it was cool and it advertised having tests and audio books for those who are neurodivergent. I got excited and downloaded the app, but to my suprise you couldn't access any of the contents without paying for a subscription. To make it worse they had a trial but it's only THREE DAYS! there's no way a person can tell if they like an app enough to spend 10 dollars a month on an app. If you're going to have a subscription to even see the content then just have it cost money in the app store to avoid bad reviews and people feeling scammed.

Don’t try the hide the cost of your app, charge upfront and honestly

Has you take a lil survey to sign up and then immediately asks for a $30 a year subscription service with no options but buy or close the whole app :) the bottom of the description says survey analysis for a subscription but actually it should say app requires subscription.

Exceptional

I love this app , highly recommended!

$30 just for access??

The fact that this app is listed as free but requires a $30 yearly subscription payment (or $10 a month) just to access it is astonishing. Most of these tests tend to be scams, hence being able to take them all for free online elsewhere. I don’t know much about the books offered but with almost every cover containing bland corporate art, I can’t imagine they actually contain much useful knowledge.

The whole thing feels like a poorly hidden money vacuum to take advantage of less resourceful people. Given the free trial is 3 days, it might be smarter to take all the tests in that time and make note of all the books you’re interested in, then cancel the sub and delete the app before it charges you a ridiculous entrance fee.

The worst part is how insulting it is that this app specifically panders to people who have ADHD, promising some kind of healing. Awful.

tried making me pay

i don’t wanna pay $60 to use the app

love the UI of the app and how it summarizes the books for me such a time saver and also a good way to exercise my mind!! good work team

This is amazing!

Just after using this app I have become more sharp in my mind (if that makes sense) almost as if my brain fog has completely disappears

Good app

Good for learning and discovering things. Cool features and gives you time to reconnect with things you can think about.

Scam

Making me pay

super fun + informative

this is an update to my previous review. i mentioned there were some bugs with the test results not showing up for me. the developers reached out to me and told me they would fix that, so that was great to hear. i really like this app and taking tests! then questions are different from the free tests online which is nice. i like using this in my free time for the fun quizzes 🤍
