Hi, we are so sorry you are experiencing app issues. If you log out and log back in to the app, it will refresh the app and typically fixes this type of issue. Video marks and notes are hard to use
Reviewing for SF Marathon, the video scroller at the bottom is hard to use, and I don’t think the white dot corresponded to where the video was. Really difficult to tap on notes I thought I missed, and in reality when the video ended the scroll bar at the bottom said there was still an aid station and notes left!
Seems like a fix is needed there.

It’s a mess. Checklists? Groups? Do those do anything? Can’t these videos just be on youtube? I thought the videos would have an interactive UX but they’re just raw video with no map or mile counter or anything.
