As of the 2 years I’ve been using, NSB, they have been easy to work with and don’t take a long time to get things figured out.
To Many Updates
The App is constantly updating its self on weekends and basically being unavailable for your actual banking needs whiles its “updating”

I have had a great time working with Frankie & Melissa now as my business bakers at my branch in the Summerlin mall in Nevada in Las Vegas Vegas. But dealing with the corporate things in the past has been very difficult just calling around getting nowhere and not being able to get to someone who knows anything. That has been extremely frustrating after switching all from Wells Fargo to much smaller Bank. Just being honest. I have nothing against Nevada State Bank and I will probably continue to Bank with them. Thank you.

Buggy and annoying
Cant scroll on account history without being shot back up to the top. I have the latest app version and I manage to view past transactions do to the buggy ui.

Dispute of fraudulent transactions unresolved
Recently I discovered a fraudulent charge that occurred through Apple Cash 1infiniteloop. I requested a dispute on this payment but none of the options provided by the websites drop down menu sufficiently help me convey that this was a fraudulent charge. There should be separate dispute options for fraudulent charges.

FIX THIS
New update makes it so it won’t even load the login screen, just gives an error code. This has been happening for days! Fix it or I will be forced to close my accounts and move my money to a bank whose app works :)

Poor check holding for customers not living ear a bank
The app held one check for over 19 days. I don’t live near a bank and am looking at closing my accounts because I cannot easily and quickly get money to my account.
