App was under maintenance, couldn’t use for what was actually intended. Surprised that the organizers were taken by suprise by the amount of people that were supposed to use it and couldn’t support the flow. Terribly disappointed!

I cannot login exactly when I need to!!! The festival has started and I cannot access my line up. The app was also unavailable when I exchanged my ticket for my bracelet.
