App was under maintenance, couldn’t use for what was actually intended. Surprised that the organizers were taken by suprise by the amount of people that were supposed to use it and couldn’t support the flow. Terribly disappointed!

I cannot login exactly when I need to!!! The festival has started and I cannot access my line up. The app was also unavailable when I exchanged my ticket for my bracelet.

The app is not working anymore after the update, one day before the festival!
The transfer is not working
When my boyfriend tried to transfer one of his tickets, as a gift, the info we put in, however many times may that be, it doesn’t save, the info is not there, I can’t put the details of the card in, nothing is working! I tried contacting support but no one has answered me. How do I check in if I don’t have the ticket??

The app is a joke
7 updates per day. If you put money in the app to not stay at the que you have to stay at the que to activate them. So, why use the app in tha first place?! The map is not working. Everything about the app is a joke. Do not use the app.
Billing.
Still not saving billing adress. Still cannot add new card. Cannot topup. Cannot see my balance. Please solve
Couldn’t do chek in
I had do try 10 times for check in and finally succeed it with some help from one volunteer. Had to come 2 times for check in and the wrist band.
Top-up not working
When I am trying to save the billing address, I get the error that 'something went wrong', but I don't know what and why (the address is correct, as I can select it from the drop-down, no diacritics used, nothing out of the blue). So this doesn't allow me to top-up the account. I have the latest version installed. Please fix it.

Cand s-a facut trecerea biletelor de la in-town la aplicatia nvs unul din bilete lipseste. Am dat 4 mailuri dar degeaba. Primesc acelasi raspuns ca se ocupa echipa de IT dar biletul tot nu apare.
