This App has been implemented by Nevis Island Administration (NIA) in partnership with UNHIN (The Universal Health Information Network) and New Fields Technologies to provide Population Health Management for the people of Nevis.
It plays an important role during the COVID 19 pandemic to assess the health of the people of Nevis and help keep them safe.
Users can create an Account and submit their information to help the NIA Ministry of Health (MOH) assess the health condition of the population and plan its response to health related situations and outbreaks.
This App has been developed with a commitment to privacy:
• Any information you provide in this app belongs to you.
• This App has been approved by the Nevis Island Administration (NIA). Your information will be accessible to NIA Ministry of Health (MOH) and their authorized healthcare professionals to manage population health.
