Very glitchy app
I would give one star but its other things work fine its so difficult sometimes, This app i used for my job to do my modules and everything goes smoothly until it crashes and it says that i am no longer in an agency and I can’t continue working on my module and can’t open the site, its so annoying and frustrating and now I can’t continue even my work for this I can’t continue my job and until I finish I can’t continue working its very terrible nightmare because I need my job and this happens and now I can’t work due to this and when I’m done I go back to work but I can’t now because of this terrible situation, PLEASE FIX YOUR APPS LAGGING ISSUES ITS SO FRUSTRATING.

Buggy and broken
I am literally unable to complete my trainings and my eligibility has been removed because I’ve been unable to do the trainings they are bugged and go blank making me unable to complete them and I’m not dumb with electronics either I am certified in I.T I’ve tried next to everything the trainings don’t work and the menus and app itself is slow as well I’ve tried on a different phone, pc, cleared the cache, contacted support to give me a “fix” that did nothing this app is not functional

Barely works
You have to restart half of what you do cause the app doesn’t work it glitches out or freezes or just stops even after you contact support and they tell you they”fixed” it they didn’t it’s a automatic message it seems like that response when you send in a ticket. Very bad app.
The lessons are longer than labeled
There should be an option to turn off the audio and video, it would be much easier and more effective. Having to wait for the voice to read out everything makes lesson longer than needed, and more of them actually take more minutes than it says. There’s also glitches that make you repeat some lessons because it doesn’t process the completion.

I can’t get my points
I have 2200 points and every time I’m trying to use them for the last three weeks it keeps sending me back to the homepage. I came here to see if I needed to update it and I don’t please help thank you.
Bugs
1 star as it keeps stopping most of the time. Lessons are taking longer than expected as I need to refresh it often in order to proceed with the lesson.
TERRIBLE
The app constantly freezes! Every few lessons I am exiting the app and relaunching it. During one lesson, I answered the quiz questions incorrectly, so it made me redo the lesson. That was fine, but when I got to the end of the lesson again, it won’t let me select any answer boxes for the quiz and I can’t move forward without taking the quiz!! I’ve redone the lesson four times now!!

A waste of time
Well every time you don’t do a lesson correctly it makes you do in a whole hour again it’s not really fair for us to do it.
Bait and switch app
Dont do it! They’ll lie with fake incentives and when your done they will switch on you and tell you there is no incentive. Caring4cal and Nevvon are scams!

The contents of the program are good but the app is painstakingly slow. It freezes consistently which means I have to restart the lesson. I have had to log out then log in multiple times and even had to delete the app and download it again. Its just a hassle to have to do over and over again. Please fix the bugs!

loading screen so often
Wasted the whole evening for watching loading screens over and over again. Would not bother if it is not related to my work.

Absolutely horrible
They need a user experience overhaul. You can’t get through a lesson without it freezing up. When you deleted and download you can’t get back in till days later. I wonder if they even care the reviews are so bad.
