Deposit Notification??
Can you please add a feature that sends a notification when money gets deposited to my accounts? Otherwise this is a FANTASTIC app!!
App doesn’t work
I’ve been using this app for years now and all of a sudden It’s like it stopped working. It won’t let me log in and my login info isn’t on it.. and for some reason the face recognition don’t work anymore…

randomly won’t let you login . You would think you could cal and have it straightened out ... they don’t answer the phone
2021 update needed .
It’s good but I feel it needs an update . Feel it’s too basic compared to other banks and their bank apps or online banking . I find myself still doing checks and balances to see what my balances are becuase it doesn’t do it after a every transaction. Currently dealing with Pw error just to transfer my money from one account to another although I’m already signed in .

Says my device is jailbroken.
The NBCU apps says I’m jailbroken, although I’m not. I’m on IOS 14.2 and it will not let me access the app. Please fix.
So far so good !
There were a few lil glitches when I first became a member but it’s all going very smoothly now... and the staff at the Hillman St branch are very friendly and helpful.
6/14/18 app is not working
6/14/18 app is still not working, its been 3 weeks now. Can u at least attempt to fix it.
