Decent app
The St. Anne’s CU app overall is easy to use and has most features a banking app needs. Although I do think some UI changes would make the app more clean and intriguing to the eye, it gets the job done. My biggest gripe is that if you decide to change your password at any time, the app just consistently states that the new password is wrong. I have had this issue for a while where I create a new password, use it successfully for a week or so, and then out of nowhere the app just invalidates the password. Please fix this!

Great when it works
The mobile app is fantastic when it works! with regularity, I am unable to login. Consistently inconsistent.
Genuinely one of the worst banking apps I’ve used
It is constantly glitching/wont allow me to sign in. It randomly locks me out. Says my password is invalid so I am forced to change it. I have never had this issue before with banking apps. I’ve never had to change passwords nearly as often as with St Anne’s. The bank itself is great and when I can actually get into the app it works fine. With how often I move money around, It has just become such a pain to get into for me I’m genuinely considering switching banks. This is something that is crucial to me.

Unreliable
Stop resetting biometrics every update - the OTP emails never come through. Defeats the point of an app.
