App is useless. Never works when you need it most
Rather frustrating. I’m to the point where I’m tempted to leave this credit union all together over this. Face recognition works for a week or two then goes back to requiring log ins. Then it can’t find your information which stops you and of course when you call the only person that can assist isn’t there. I’m all for small town businesses but I need better service than this.

NEW mobile app is quick, easy and with me on the go. Local member service is great for any issues and password resets. Keeps me in the know with my money always with instant balance.

Not Compatible with IOS Update
Since IOS 16 the app crashes and hasn’t opened up yet. Very disappointing.
It’s a bank app
Nothing really too crazy about it. It’s not flashy by any means, quite simplistic (which isn’t a bad thing)
However, they did not prepare an update for the iOS 16.0 release and as such, renders this app useless for the time being.

Crash with release of iOS16
iOS 16 was released on 9/12/22 is currently this app is not supported. Stay with version 15.7 until this app is updated. Called for support and had no information on when this would be corrected. Developers had the iOS 16 beta since July and obviously they done nothing to prepare for the September release.

Since iOS 16 came out yesterday the app crashes and doesn’t work

Why is it that your app works but only for a few months, then you have to delete the app and restart and put all information back in. ThAn a few months later, back to deleting the app and starting over again? This has been going on for about 1 1/2 to 2 years now ! This is ridiculous and unacceptable ! FIX THE BUGS !!!!!

Most user friendly Banking App I have ever used, always stays updated & efficient.
Deposit
It takes to long for a photo of a check to clear If you do it on Thursday you have no money till Monday. Sometimes Tuesday. This is not good but other banks can do it in 24 hours.why is that

I can't even log into the app to check anything. It just keeps repeating security questions over and over again.
