Terrible “upgrade”
Old app was much more user friendly. So many people have issues with the new app and the old app no longer works

Major issues with class enrollment
The new app has created major issues with signing up for classes.
First is you can only sign up for 2 a day, I sometimes take three or four, plenty of space in all of them, so now teachers aren’t getting credit for attendance.
Second is in order to count as attended, you have to confirm your space about 5 minutes before the class. So if you take an hour class at 8:30 and want to take the following one at 9:30, you can’t confirm your attendance and will be dropped.
The section to enroll in classes is also too inconvenient to get to vs what it used to be.
As a result many of my teachers have commented that their numbers are significantly lower than they were, despite the classes being just as popular, so it’s a widespread issue affecting many members.

Why just why
Terrible app barely works half the time. Why did you change it. The older interface was way better. Fix the app soon or I am quitting the gym
I miss the old app
This app does seem to be better organized. The home page is good, but I would like to actually make it my own by pinning things that I care about the most.
I noticed the app no longer integrates with Apple health, this is a HUGE downgrade, please bring it back if possible.
Also, I liked seeing the community rankings, it actually motivated me to go to the gym and also made me want to come back to EoS after switching to a different gym.
I don’t know if this is the right place to make a request, but can y’all make it easier to see the MovEoS schedule at other gyms?
Also where’s Will Power, he’s nowhere in the app :( He reminded me to have the will power to go and he was so cute too!

Awful “Upgrade”
Horrible rollout, even eos staff had problems helping with the sign. And the fact that you need to confirm your class five minutes before, while you’re actually standing in the class, is ridiculous.
Not working
App continues redirecting me to email and immediately link expired. Doesn’t recognize any of my info. Name, barcode, email. Gym tried to troubleshoot by phone using my phone number and still not working. I have to go in to see if it can be fixed in house.
Can’t set up :-(
I tried to register my account with the app several times, but I couldn’t get past the verification page. I never received an email to complete the process. (Yes, I checked the Spam folder).
Doesn’t work
The gym advertised to download the “New” app and none of credentials work. The old app and my credentials work just fine. I did all the troubleshooting for this app, forgot password, and no reset email. I contacted customer service via email, no response after a week. They claim response of 24-48 hours but nope. I just called my gym and the guy says “you’re our 5th call about this, just don’t use it” “I don’t know man, why they created these new apps.” Very helpful all around.

I’m not new
Don’t have “New? Sign up here” for existing members. Now the stupid app is stuck in a loop since I went to log in. Who’s downloading the app who doesn’t have a membership anyways? Makes zero sense to have anything else but to log in and add your credentials.
Confusing
Can't find the reservation area for booking an appointment for my child. Also can't scan barcode on the massaging recovery machines.
So far….not a big fan…
So I know this is still early but based on what I’ve navigated so far, I don’t really like this new app. I like that I’m able to see locations on there that weren’t in the previous version but what’s the point if none of the classes appear when you filter by those locations? Also, why is my bio age person a male in the new app but female in the other? And I don’t know how to change it or if you can change it in the new app. Lastly, the community tab, doesn’t have the rankings anymore and I really like that because I would give myself goals around that like top 25, 15 or 10. I’ll stick to the old version until I have to move over to this one.

track trainings where?
i’m not sure what this new app is good for except maybe reserving a class? but based on other reviews that doesn’t work either. where do you track your training sessions? the calendar does not work on the fitness page and i do not see anything anywhere where you can add a workout or record data for training sessions. this feature stopped working on the old app months ago. and connect with community? where is that? this app just launched but functionality is 100% missing.

New app does not recognize my account password
I downloaded and tried to sign in. It doesn’t recognize my account login and did not send a password reset up my email.
Easy Access, Better Features
The New EōS Fitness App provides an improved, user friendly experience. Less glitches with the group fitness section is already standing out to me. I look forward to seeing what else EōS puts on the app (maybe a Will Power mascot section?). LFG

Go back to the old app
The new app is an absolute joke. I can’t tell if my login is transferred over from the old app because I can’t log in. The error says “something’s not right here”. I don’t know if they’re having an issue or if my login is wrong. Why the hell does the login button say “LFG”? The whole UX is a joke. It’s all so vibe coded it’s ridiculous
