Removed from phone
Very difficult to log in with the clunky magic code. Not using on the phone app.

Awful company. App doesn’t work. Very confusing and complicated to manage. Subscription is hard to cancel and then they add on extra fees at end. I would avoid if possible
Is this app a joke?
This app is absolutely incomprehensible. How do you do anything? Where is "new expense report?" When I go to make a new expense, it for some reason asks for a colleagues email address. What for? Why?

This does not show my requested reimbursements to see where they are in the process? Does not work. Use “classic”.
Terrible company, cheapest and most useless chat bot
You can only talk to a “chat-bot” when you have issues and not real people. They rolled out an update and now no one with MFA can log into the app if you log out. Tried to contact them but only a chat-bot available. This is a useless company that only cares about profits.

If you want to waste whole day, and get anxiety this is the app for you!

Not sure why they have a new app, but make sure you see the reviews on the old app before committing to them.

When you try to cancel your account, they switch you to a pay as you go account and not actually close it, continuing to charge you fees.
This is why their stock has been falling for the last 3 years! Avoid this company

I love New Expensify. Especially for task management where I can create parent and sub tasks in DMs and rooms (and sub,sub tasks!). It helps with project management.
The future of expense management
Awesome idea to build expense management on a foundation of chat! It’s as easy as ever to scan a receipt and the distance request feature is really slick. Having everything as a chat makes it really easy to add context and make sure I get paid back promptly.
