Very difficult to log in with the clunky magic code. Not using on the phone app.

Awful company. App doesn’t work. Very confusing and complicated to manage. Subscription is hard to cancel and then they add on extra fees at end. I would avoid if possible
Is this app a joke?
This app is absolutely incomprehensible. How do you do anything? Where is "new expense report?" When I go to make a new expense, it for some reason asks for a colleagues email address. What for? Why?

This does not show my requested reimbursements to see where they are in the process? Does not work. Use “classic”.
Terrible company, cheapest and most useless chat bot
You can only talk to a “chat-bot” when you have issues and not real people. They rolled out an update and now no one with MFA can log into the app if you log out. Tried to contact them but only a chat-bot available. This is a useless company that only cares about profits.
