I have used new horizons YouTube since 2018! They stopped posting and my anxiety brain thought Lesley had passed away! I did some research and it turns out they only post on the app now! Helpful for Children with ADHD
My youngest has a set routine each night before bed, but it isnβt enough to help them fall asleep. We let them choose one story for sleep and by minute 15, they were asleep. Nothing else had worked all evening. Iβm excited to use it again tomorrow.

I think that this app is really cool because you get to choose the meditation and then you get to make a playlist of how to play it! The only bummer is that you need to get a premium account? Itβs cool that you get is it a seven day or 30 day free trial? I donβt know but still really cool. I canβt wait to use this even more!

This app is an amazing database of meditations and sleep stories. My children have big feelings and past trauma that makes it hard to calm down or to sleep. We use the meditations or stories to calm down, or settle a bit during the day. We use the sleep stories almost daily to help them drift off to sleep with GOOD dreams. There are several sleep stories that are extended to play the background music for 8 hours! My children use these to keep the scary thoughts at bay. Every story gives them a message of safety, protection and love. 10/10 Do recommend.
