Outdated
Their whole system between app and cards is outdated. The app doesn’t have mobile deposit and the cards don’t have tap. Their ATM’s at the branches are down most of the time and they are so old you can barely read the screen.

Bill Pay Maintenance
Love the online app. Paying bills, transferring funds and keeping up with you account in general is a breeze, but the main drawback is you cannot edit payment series online using your phone or tablet. Otherwise it’s great.

You need to add a link so I can access my monthly statements ❤️.
Pitiful
Don’t waste your time banking here. There was a time when this was a good place to work with. Now customer service and personal relationships are a thing of the past. Tellers are clueless and the customer help line is worse than that. My email and phone number recently changed, impossible to get anyone who knows how to solve the issue. After trips to my local CU and multiple calls to the help line I still can’t bank online.

No card shut off on app customer service does not know their business
!!!! When you have to have anew card and number they can not order it it took about 4 hr of emailing back and forth and am not convinced it is ordered
Text Alerts
Would be great to be able to get text alerts like I do from other financial institutions regarding withdrawals, debits, etc.

I’m so glad this isn’t my only option for a credit union everything is outdated and I am pretty sure they engage in discrimination in the community they promised to help. Oh and your not a solution for the real world, your the problem.

I’ve been a member of Scott Credit Union-New Horizon Credit Union for approximately 50 years. Staff has always been polite, knowledgeable and friendly. I have not received this consideration from any other company.

I have a secure feeling with New Horizons. I do have one problem because the branch in Bay Minette has been closed down so I have to drive a longer distance to make my deposits.

Love the app just need Face ID I thought at one time the app had Face ID i can’t get it back.

I kinda wish I can unlock my account myself considering I get off at 5:30 and they close at like 5
Login issues
Getting a 500 error code and cannot login in using my mobile app. Login has been an issue lately.

Mobile deposit not working
Since upgrading my phone to an iPhone X, I have lost the ability to make mobile deposits. The app needs an upgrade to support new technology.
