User friendly payment app
Easy to use, and quick loading. No bells and whistles or other distractions. Login, pay your bill and log out. That simple, that quick. I’m sure there’s more to do in the app, but paying your bill is simple.

Apple Pay doesn’t work
New Jersey Natural Gas through the app gives you an option to pay using Apple Pay but when you select Apple Pay, you get an error message stating it’s not a recognized form of payment.
Can’t log onto app
Every time I try to log on with my correct username and password the app asks me where I’d like an authentication code sent, but it doesn’t have any options and I can’t type anything. When I hit next it says that it doesn’t recognize my username or password for my account.
2 Step Verification
Wasn’t able to login due to 2 Step verification, I deleted the app and downloaded it again it fixed my problem with 2 step verification. I was able to get code and sign up for biometric login
Hate to pay
I hate pay my gas bill. This app. Takes the pain away! ♥️♥️🤣🤣😜
App doesn’t work
I have tried logging in multiple times, including using Face ID and resetting my password and the app just continues to give an authentication error.
Login issues
I had the same problem as the prior post. Can’t login with the mobile app with credentials or Face ID but can login fine on website.

Login Issues
Tried logging in using Face ID and goes back to log in screen. So then I enter my password and I get an error message: “ Authentication was not successful because the user failed to provide valid credentials.”
Well I know my password is 100% right because it’s a saved password and when I click the password box I literally scroll through and choose the one for this account and I also used it on the website afterwards and I logged in through the website.
