Buying packages through app
There should be an option to buy packages or pay ahead of time through the app also the app needs a better interface it was just updated which I’m glad cause the last one wasn’t the best. The new interface is the step in the right direction but still had its kinks but there should be an option to purchase packages or sessions online instead of having to come in person each time.

Not able to see the services you book
This would be a great app except for your not able to see what devices you booked for. So unfortunately I book in advance and am only reminded what I booked for once I go in to my appointment. Please fix this

Fast booking
Saved me time booking appointments I don’t like calling in. Takes less than 5 minutes even after hours. Keeping track of my payments is easier too.

They made this app so easy to use and no more wait time to call in and make an appointment. They also created this new coin system that gives you rewards for spending! So awesome! Their laser and injections are my go to. I love all the nurses and the staff is so helpful. They text or email you the forms making it so easy to fill out before your appointment time. Love the aesthetics of the glendale location as well. Definitely recommend to all my friends and family!
