Saved me time booking appointments I don’t like calling in. Takes less than 5 minutes even after hours. Keeping track of my payments is easier too.

They made this app so easy to use and no more wait time to call in and make an appointment. They also created this new coin system that gives you rewards for spending! So awesome! Their laser and injections are my go to. I love all the nurses and the staff is so helpful. They text or email you the forms making it so easy to fill out before your appointment time. Love the aesthetics of the glendale location as well. Definitely recommend to all my friends and family!

Crashing
I love the idea of being able to follow available appointments but every time I get to the final page to see if there’s any available appointments it’s crashes. Then I have to go in and answer all the questions again and then it crashes.. again. I would love to know when the bugs get fixed so I can redownload!

App is so glitchy
Every time I try to type in my email address on the forgot password form, it simply closes and I have to start all over. I’m stuck in a loop here. Also the app just tends to close on me at random times. I have an iPhone 12 this shouldn’t be a problem.
I wish there was a better and faster way to schedule appointments here since they are so sparse and hard to get.

Feedback loop error
I would love to use this app, if whenever I selected an option from the menu it didn’t loop me back to signing into an account I’m already signed into, preventing me from doing anything but entering email and password over and over.
I can’t get this app to
Open an account, I’ve filled out all the info requested and put in my password twice and it won’t let me hit the register button!!!! So frustrating!!!! Also, if all the reviews on this app are 5 stars why does it say 3.5 stars for this app???
