Won’t let me enroll
I’ve tried a million times it refuses to let me enroll. I put my information in then when it goes to additional verification there’s nothing there and I can’t complete enrollment

This app is trash, Bank called me and told me they approved me for 5100 on mobile deposit yet the app still won’t let me so this app is complete trash.
Handy as a Shirt Pocket
I‘ve had the NPB Mobile app for quite a while now. I have to say, it’s improved a lot. The introduction of biometrics improved the experience significantly. I used to have problems logging in nearly every time, that’s no longer the case, thankfully. Overall, it’s a well-constructed app with a very simplistic interface.

Only works half the time
Seems like when I need the app to work the most, it fails to do so. In my experience it works about 75-80% of the time, but it’s extremely annoying when it doesn’t and makes it frustrating trying to see what I have in my accounts.

The facial recognition log-in and ability to manage my NPB debit cards are GREAT enhancements to this app!
Won’t let me connect
On the rare occasion it connects, I can view my account for a minute, then I’m forced to sign out due to “connectivity”. I’m at home on my WiFi that with everything else it works fine.

Great app on the rare occasion that it works...I usually get an error message 4/5 times that I try to login.
Needs more features
It would be nice if they could make a facial recognition unlocking feature or even a pin code, but other than that it’s a great app!

Crashes after update
It's not just for 4s users I have a 5s and it has crashed since before the last update... I even deleted it and reinstalled and it didn't fix the problem. Help!
