Bad Customer Service
Poor management, most of the time they wasting our time . delivery will take 3 hours instead of 1 day
Worst service ever I could receive from this place
I order something’s online but rather I get extra products which I did not even ordered.
I ordered tomatoes - 500 grams they gave 800 grams and charged me extra
Banana same onion same chicken ginger same , everything same.
It was the most disturbing thing ever. Upon calling them the guy says he don’t care and I can call police if I want or return the order.
The guy even said to not order from us and use some other places.
Not even one time they accepted to understand what has gone wrong.
The place name is W mart DG 1.
Would never suggest anyone to order anything from there
