Poor management, most of the time they wasting our time . delivery will take 3 hours instead of 1 day
Worst service ever I could receive from this place
I order something’s online but rather I get extra products which I did not even ordered.
I ordered tomatoes - 500 grams they gave 800 grams and charged me extra
Banana same onion same chicken ginger same , everything same.
It was the most disturbing thing ever. Upon calling them the guy says he don’t care and I can call police if I want or return the order.
The guy even said to not order from us and use some other places.
Not even one time they accepted to understand what has gone wrong.
The place name is W mart DG 1.
Would never suggest anyone to order anything from there

1st time i used this online order they messed up with my order. One of my order is not available, yes someone call me and inform about it and i clearly said to cancel it unfortunately they send different brand i feel sorry for the delivery guy so instead i took it. The following order they messed up again. To make the story short.. they dont care about the needs of their costumer. No more to this W Mart Al Furjan. Waste of time.

This is a new app from westzone? It’s not even working. You can’t even register or anything. They made this to improve their service but it’s doing the other way around.

Since the update 2 days ago, it’s not working. I tried to uninstall and install back, logged out and in.. it’s still closing the app as soon as I open and click on skip (which is the only option) I tried to call IMPZ and report the issue, no one is replying.
