Broken App
I can’t log on. FaceID doesn’t work. Using a username/password takes you to a verification screen that doesn’t work. Trying to retrieve your username doesn’t work because the keypad blocks the submit button. The app is busted in a multitude of ways.
Can’t update account.
I can’t update my account. App won’t let me add my Donor ID after I created my account.
App not working
Just like the previous reviews, I have been using this app for years, I donated this past Monday and when I went to open the app to scan in, it was a blank white screen. I just assumed the app was down. I have been checking the app since then and it is still down. Not sure if there was an update or something else but at this point the app is useless.

Did something change?
I’ve been using this app for years and I actually prefer using this over the random, incessant phone calls from New York Blood Center to schedule platelet donations and it has my id code stored. when I tried to donate platelets today, the page is blank on my phone. Is there Something new? Otherwise, this is an unusable app.

Won’t open
I have used the app for two years, but the latest update won’t open and just shows a blank white screen. When this functions it’s great but right now it’s just terrible.

Horrible app!
The donate now should be the primary focus of the developer too bad it doesn’t work. The search by zip prompts to enter zip even though I did! They should reuse the code from their website which actually works.
The map search - which is the default - is practically useless. It had random pins and you have to drag and zoom to find the right center.

Can’t create account
Entered all the requested information but nothing happened after I hit the submit button. Changed password, no luck. Re-entered all the information and tried again , to no avail. Total waste of time.
App not working
Trying to reset password and it’s not working. Removed app and re installed it and NOTHING. Not helpful for people who donate regularly.
Functionality limited
There is no help option, no way to edit any profile details except the user name. Accounts should be automatically linked without having to give donor Id, but regardless there’s no ability to add it once you have an account.
Fast way to make a donation appointment
Instead of calling or logging on our website this is the easy way to set up your next blood donation appointment.I actually scheduled my donation in October using this app.
Once logged in all your credentials are loaded and you can see your very first donation up until your last donation and it’s easily noticeable when your next blood donation eligibility is due. You can also see your donor card Number and how many gallons you’ve donated.
My only suggestion is may be to design a donor card similar to what we have instead of the plain one, maybe have a dark mode option, and on the login screen the logo is a little too large maybe shrink it.

Clean and Simple
This app is new but I am using it and it is clean and simple to use. My login was easy and had all my credentials there once signed in. Was also able to schedule my next donation in a couple of weeks.
