Redesigning

This app needs to have a different way to view stuff. Have options to scroll up and down or like it is now. There is still some big time traveling stuff that needs to be added with the other stuff on here.

New York City

I spent a week in New York. It was my first time in the city. I was staying in uptown manhattan. This new york app helped me a lot not only to move around but to do the top things to do as a visitor. Ive got to enjoyed the city at its fullest. New york is very big but this app made my walks very enjoyable. I also booked through this app 4 activities and you can save the vouchers within. Im in love with new york. This app is free and has amazing pictures also. I wish I could add mines as well. So give it a try.

New York City Travel Guide

The New York City Travel Guide Application is a well designed informative resource for those who want to not know only about the attractions the famed area offers but also the history of it as well. The app allows users to navigate quickly to any section by way of the pop up side menu. The app allows users to save favorites within the app as well as use it offline. The app even provides a gimmick feature such as an AR Tool which will making searching for nearby points of interest more fun. While there are many NYC guides in the App Store this seems like one of the better ones. Well worth a download.

Said it was $0.00 to upgrade so I upgraded and it charged me $7.99 what a rio off. STAY AWAY.

Frustrating rip off

I actually paid for the upgrade $5.99 for this app and not only did it take about an hour to download, every time I went into something different on the app it started downloading it all over again. It was a complete waste of money and time. The info that the upgrade gives you is history and background which is really not what I was after. Then you have to pay an additional $2.99 for each tourist spot that you would like information on. Do yourself a favour, don’t waste your money on this app, go out and buy the New York City Lonely Planet guide instead.

Unless you pay for the full version don’t bother

You can’t use any of the features without upgrading to the full version.
Just make it a paid app and not a free one that has to be upgraded.

You can’t even read anything without the option to purchase the upgrade popping up every 15 seconds. Annoying. Don’t waste your time unless you want to spend $4.00.

I was never given a price for this app, and assumed it was free, big mistake. Don't waste your time with this app.

Don't waste your time

Despite being a free app, you have to pay to download any maps. The only one you get free is Statue of Liberty and it is of such poor quality that you can't even read the descriptions on the map.

Waste of Time

I was mainly looking for an app for the subway and thought that having sightseeing stuff would just be a bonus. Neither are any good on this app. Subway is just a map that u can look at online just as easy. Sightseeing portions are a waste of time and money. You spend money to open one section just to find out if you want to see it all you have to spend even more money. Save your money on this one.
