Annoying app
I have tried more than a dozen times to register and it keeps saying system unavailable. Very time wasting and frustrating. Not inviting to come back .

One Needs to Put Best Foot Forward
Given the ESX early stages, incredibly disappointed more care and thought has not been executed to create the app which is a primary gateway for most. One needs best foot forward in the beginning… otherwise trust is broken in ability and quality.

Idea
I try to open or create an account, but it doesn't go through after I've filled everything out. I'm outside the country, maybe that's why. As a beginner, it's a good start; the developer needs to work more

PROBLEMS
OTP CODE went to spam fix your email delivery quality google mark it as spam and add session on the app user doesn’t have to login every time
Too buggy but functional
As I understand this is an initial launch, it has numerous bugs that are difficult to ignore. I genuinely appreciate our digital transformation efforts, and I want this app to be stable, fully featured and receive frequent updates.
Sign up impossible
Phone number is marked as a mandatory field but the dropdown selector for country code is grayed out. This is a very basic issue. Had there been any QA/testing done before this app went live? Disappointing pattern in all of Ethiopia’s government related apps :(
Unable to register
Unable to register after providing all the information requested in the form. The form does not display any error message.
Wrong message saying my device is jailbroken / unable to enter mobile number
After opening the app, there is a pop up message saying app cannot be used because the device is jailbroken. My device is not jailbroken.

Can’t select country code
The app has bug that prevents me from selecting a country code for writing phone number, which is essential for signing up. Please fix the issue.
I can’t sign up
When I attempt to sign up, the process times out, and the dropdown menu for selecting the country code for the phone number during the sign-up process is not functional. Consequently, I am unable to use this app at all.
