2026 issues missing
None of the 2026 issues are showing up in the app even after the app update. Fix this bug

I’ve deleted the app, reinstalled it, etc and I still can’t see the las two issues
What happened
I’ve had this subscription for years with no issues. The 2026 spring issue will not load. I’ve contacted New Beauty customer service - no help at all. I’ve contacted Apple Customer service to return my money - no reply. Sad because I did enjoy the magazine.
Always famous people
It’s not as relatable because it’s always got famous people not just original beautiful women

App doesn’t work! It won’t open. I hope a refund is already being processed.

App crashes. And automatically goes back to first page rather than remembering the page you were last on. So annoying. Definitely not renewing.

I love the magazine so much but unfortunately the app doesn’t work at all. I have reported the problem 3 times but have to give up because there is no response from the company.
Please fix the app so user can use. There is no point to give 1 free month trial while this doesn’t work.

Cookie Message Problem
Recently, when using the app and trying to access NewBeauty.com features, a message appears stating that the site uses cookies and there is a green box with OK in it on the bottom left of the statement. It does not disappear when tapping on it and you cannot access the articles like before. I tried clicking on app support through the App Store, which also has the “Cookie Statement” and green OK box; it works correctly there, though.
The Magazine portion of the app works correctly. Please fix this problem. Thanks.

Doesn’t work.
Don’t waste your money until they work out the kinks.
I have tried to use the app on both iPhone and iPad. I have had the subscription with and without the hard copy magazine it’s rare that it work. It’s unfortunate, I do really enjoy the magazine and it’s content, but app has rarely worked.

No app update
App keeps telling me to update the app but there is no update. Deleted it and reinstalled, no change. Tried to contact developer and there’s only FAQ, no where to actually contact them? Magazine is fine, app is bad.

This is the worst app. I can never get the magazines loaded. I've repeatedly sent emails to the mag to no avail. It's not even worth downloading. I'm deleting it.

Poor Quality
I love this magazine like crazy but when I updated the app and tried zooming in to the small print it would just get pixelated. Please fix this, it's an unpleasant experience. We subscribe to your magazine for top quality as you've provided in the past, now it's gone downhill.
