Swindlers. Praying on people with pain. Disgusting.

Lucky I read the app reviews and didn’t get scammed out of $39 after 3 days. They got me for $1 and wasted a bunch of my time. I didn’t even get to try it as I was infuriated by the system to fleece you vs their want to help you. Just awful.

Don’t fall for this! They will sneakily charge you extra!

They sell you a course for cheap and then tack on a “free 7 day trial of a subscription” that they write in small font underneath. And there is NO EMAIL RECEIPT (!!) when they charge you for the “renewed” subscription you never even signed up for. I’m pretty sure this is illegal and I’m taking it to my credit card company to dispute because they won’t refund me anything for the subscription. They boast 14 day refund but it excludes subscription which they charge you in secret, it’s for the $1 course only. Don’t do business with this company they will screw you

The app continuously logs me out, so I had issues with cancelling before being charged after the trial period. Then, they refused a refund.

The courses I got it for provided no course materials so I’m even struggling to do it at all. Waste of $40!

Made it impossible to cancel

Incredibly frustrating experience. I enjoyed the app at first, but $40 a month got expensive. The most recent renewal bounced because my account was empty. I went to log in and cancel my subscription, but it said my account was no longer active. I let it go thinking they cancelled me since the payment didn’t go through. They tried charging it again two days later, and since I had been paid it went through. I immediately tried to log in again, I was now able to, and cancelled the subscription. I reached out explaining I had not had access to my account after the payment failed and requested they refund the newest charge. Of course they didn’t. Absolutely no help, and told me that I should have gone in to cancel. I explained again that I tried twice but no longer had access, so I thought they cancelled me. They said that didn’t happen. I’m sure people claim to try cancelling but I genuinely did. Beware, if you miss a payment you’ll be unable to access your account, and they will continue charging until it goes through.
