Unusable
I spent hours doing and redoing my application for unemployment. The application process does not save any of your progress. You are unable to resume or navigate backwards to make corrections without having to start from that point through progress that you’ve already made. When I called for assistance, the employee told me that the application frequently errors out and is unusable.

App doesn’t have all features like the website
Useless
Can’t get past the non response login screen
Not very good
Only lets you search a few jobs can’t do anything else with the app just sits on a blank screen.
Absolute trash
I can’t do a single task because it crashes. It takes forever to login. It’s a joke of an app.
