My information never saves and payments are always not accepted

Cost

Please stop charting so much. I’m thankful for your workers and then risking their lives for us just to have electricity and I understand you have to pay them, but don’t forget about us. Have a great day. Thank you.

Inaccessible To Many

Only works on newer phones (5G or later). Out of the hundreds of people I know, only a handful can get the app on their phone. Many, including myself, will not use 5G phones.

Finely painted junk

This app is a piece of junk with a nice coat of paint. Every single time I opened it, despite having Face ID enabled AND choosing β€œtrust this device”, I have to re-request a 2FA code. It doesn’t even save my name in the billing address when submitting a payment despite entering it every month. Absolute junk.
