This company sucks
NPPD sucks as there billing is over priced and do not work with any one and if you get shut off they charge you 500.00 on top of your monthly bill to get your service restored

The app is garbage. Payment methods cannot be saved and must be entered. Every single time. Login is a nightmare. I use this app only because I absolutely have to.
Inconsistent usage data
Some days the app shows time of use kWh and doesnβt on other days, only total usage. Since time of use is designed to benefit both the customer and the utility, usage data in a timely fashion is good for both.
Review
The app has changed and become a pain in the butt to submit a payment quickly.
