Over updating
Annoying I have to update every month when i go to pay my bill.
Redundant and non-user friendly
This app is very poorly designed. Log in is overly difficult. Face ID is hard to find to engage. Name must be re-entered every month with every bill, despite name on the account and the payment source. Several check boxes that aren’t visible until you scroll down to pay a bill.
This company sucks
NPPD sucks as there billing is over priced and do not work with any one and if you get shut off they charge you 500.00 on top of your monthly bill to get your service restored
Only because I have to.
The app is garbage. Payment methods cannot be saved and must be entered. Every single time. Login is a nightmare. I use this app only because I absolutely have to.
Inconsistent usage data
Some days the app shows time of use kWh and doesn’t on other days, only total usage. Since time of use is designed to benefit both the customer and the utility, usage data in a timely fashion is good for both.
Review
The app has changed and become a pain in the butt to submit a payment quickly.
App
My information never saves and payments are always not accepted
Cost
Please stop charting so much. I’m thankful for your workers and then risking their lives for us just to have electricity and I understand you have to pay them, but don’t forget about us. Have a great day. Thank you.
Inaccessible To Many
Only works on newer phones (5G or later). Out of the hundreds of people I know, only a handful can get the app on their phone. Many, including myself, will not use 5G phones.
Finely painted junk
This app is a piece of junk with a nice coat of paint. Every single time I opened it, despite having Face ID enabled AND choosing “trust this device”, I have to re-request a 2FA code. It doesn’t even save my name in the billing address when submitting a payment despite entering it every month. Absolute junk.

Terrible app
Just like the rest of the company, this app is very unintuitive.
Glitchy
Ever since they updated the app it has been glitchy and won’t let me pay the bill through the app. It’s been an ongoing issue that has yet to be resolved
Over updating
Annoying I have to update every month when i go to pay my bill.
Horrible.
Since they updated the app and its nearly impossible to pay your bill.
Antes me gustaba más
Esta nueva actualización está más complicada la anterior era más cómoda y fácil esta no me gusta aparte de q. Se ve fea
New version still not working
I’ve been wholly unable to access the new app ever since it switched over.
App no longer opens
It says the app has been updated, redirects me to the AppStore , I click open then repeat again.
Fix App, can’t get into it!
Cant get into your NPPD app to pay bill
DOES NOT WORK
Tried to log in it won’t let me. Why have an app if you can not use it.
