App Doesn’t Load At All
The app doesn’t load any page at all. It keeps saying “There is a delay, try again.” But no matter how many times you force close the app, try to open again, it does the same thing. I can’t edit anything on my account without actually having to call customer service.
Basically unusable
Any time I try to do anything in the app a notification pops up saying there was a delay and to try again later. I can’t rename devices, I can’t change my WiFi name or password, I can’t manage devices. I’ve reinstalled the app, restarted the router, restarted my phone, nothing works. For a company with good WiFi and some usually good customer service this app makes me feel like the developer had no clue what they were doing and wants us to suffer for it

No People, no resolution assistance
I used to use this app a lot! Parental control to add people profiles and assign devises meant that I could control WiFi access and deny access as needed. App no longer has the + option to add people. Hasn’t for a few years. No longer have a reason to invest phone space for the app.
App used to work well
This app used to work well for managing my home network. For past few weeks now, all I get is a message about “there was a delay, please try again” not matter what I select. There is zero usable data now. Fix please!
Too dumbed down
Missing a lot of administrative features I’d expect to find from router management software. Why can’t I view and manage devices that are known but not currently connected? Thankfully I’m still able to access a full admin console by logging into the router directly.
