Not working how it use to
Not showing current live streams. Keeps jumping around from 10 o’clock and yesterdays stories instead of streaming the current mornings live stream..
News nine app not worth the trouble.
I like getting weather alerts but hate all the news alerts but can’t choose to only get weather alerts pushed to phone

App only shows days old articles.
Changes not always good
Today, 7-25-26, Sat I clicked onto your app to see what the weather, heat, heat index etc is before doing yard work. Usually, up til now I have had realively no problems and it has been good. Until today. Today I am not allowed to open the app UNLESS I agree to notifications “pushed” to my phone. I do not desire that, want that etc. However, NOW you demand it. I guess I will continue with channel 4 or the weather app. I do not HAVE to allow access to my phone for notification of what YOU want me to know. All I want is to be able to see the weather with out all the bulls&&$! Too bad. I liked your app before.

Somewhat confused
Really love the coverage during severe weather and tornado events,very thorough and amazing coverage. The confusion comes when I get an emergency alert from my “9” app I am forced to watch a commercial before getting the emergency information I need. Just a thought.

Live broadcast
Your live broadcast is terrible and never plays on your app. Only the beginning commercial that we’ve all seen one trillion times and then screen goes solid black and live never comes on!
Locking out IOS
The new app update is locking out my two IOS products. Other applications are working. Will continue to depend on News 9 news and weather.

Recently Removed Weather Videos
I mainly use this app to keep track of the weather forecasts. Typically, this app has a section called “Forecast Discussion” where I could watch the most recent weather forecast videos since I can’t watch it during the normal program time. This feature was recently removed and now I can’t stay up to date with the weather forecasts for the week, just the typical hourly and daily weather which doesn’t provide a lot of insight into the possibility of severe weather. Please bring back the forecast discussion.

Difficult to navigate the web site
It’s just hard to navigate the web site, too many searches to get to what you’re looking for.
Major bugs
The app on Apple TV stalls every 2 or 3 minutes for about 30 seconds all the time and needs to be fixed. This app has never had an update that I can locate. So please fix.
Annoying
This use to be my favorite News app. Not anymore. The annoying noise that the app makes when you open it. It makes it where it is very rare that I use the app. I have to rely on another local TV stations app. I would much rather get my local news from a locally owned station.

Quits too often during stream
This app quits too often when streaming and then takes several tries to reload.
Poor timing for advertisements
Tornado on the ground, trying to see where it is and every time I click back into the app Full screen, the video shuts off, and I have to restart it and watch another commercial. lives are at stake people. Stop with the damn commercials when we’re trying to figure out where the tornadoes are.
Pure unfiltered propaganda
No comment section. Always parroting the big government, big law enforcement line, big education lines. Not locally controlled. They push for every tax increase and every freedom restricting law. Just garbage. Also the best of the big 3 local news channels. The other two are worse. Watch the doc called a noble lie.

Loyal consumer
I have watched New 9 since I moved to western Oklahoma in 1979.
App
The old app was much more user friendly. Trying to find school closings and your app is the only one that has none listed.
