Live broadcast
Your live broadcast is terrible and never plays on your app. Only the beginning commercial that we’ve all seen one trillion times and then screen goes solid black and live never comes on!
Locking out IOS
The new app update is locking out my two IOS products. Other applications are working. Will continue to depend on News 9 news and weather.

Recently Removed Weather Videos
I mainly use this app to keep track of the weather forecasts. Typically, this app has a section called “Forecast Discussion” where I could watch the most recent weather forecast videos since I can’t watch it during the normal program time. This feature was recently removed and now I can’t stay up to date with the weather forecasts for the week, just the typical hourly and daily weather which doesn’t provide a lot of insight into the possibility of severe weather. Please bring back the forecast discussion.

Difficult to navigate the web site
It’s just hard to navigate the web site, too many searches to get to what you’re looking for.
Major bugs
The app on Apple TV stalls every 2 or 3 minutes for about 30 seconds all the time and needs to be fixed. This app has never had an update that I can locate. So please fix.
Annoying
This use to be my favorite News app. Not anymore. The annoying noise that the app makes when you open it. It makes it where it is very rare that I use the app. I have to rely on another local TV stations app. I would much rather get my local news from a locally owned station.

Quits too often during stream
This app quits too often when streaming and then takes several tries to reload.
Poor timing for advertisements
Tornado on the ground, trying to see where it is and every time I click back into the app Full screen, the video shuts off, and I have to restart it and watch another commercial. lives are at stake people. Stop with the damn commercials when we’re trying to figure out where the tornadoes are.
Pure unfiltered propaganda
No comment section. Always parroting the big government, big law enforcement line, big education lines. Not locally controlled. They push for every tax increase and every freedom restricting law. Just garbage. Also the best of the big 3 local news channels. The other two are worse. Watch the doc called a noble lie.

The old app was much more user friendly. Trying to find school closings and your app is the only one that has none listed.
Not updated regularly
I try to watch live, but life just doesn’t work that way. When I do get to check on things, they still have stories from last night on here at its 10am the next day, even the weather forecast is 12 hours old. Seems to me that the locally owned news station is getting lazy. I’m heading over to channel 4.

Too many unnecessary notifications
The app sends out way too many notifications that I do not care about and there is no way to turn unwanted categories off. I just want weather updates and traffic updates not sports, court rulings, and other random things that I do not need to know right now.
Unprofessional to a Fault.
Get koco of k4 these people wanna laugh and giggle when there’s confirmed injuries from 100mph winds, and act like it’s a sports game when peoples lives and assets are in jeopardy. There’s a tornado headed for me right now but the “live” is showing a time from over an hour ago. It’s like they have 14 year olds in their operations departments. They can’t spell the days of the week in the Forecast. This news channel embarrasses me and I explicitly tell people NOT to use news 9. Also, they are racists and protected for being so. Nasty nasty nasty. These people make me ashamed to be Oklahoman.

News 9 Values Viewership over Safety
This app hardly ever works when you need it, they play one million ads every time you reload a page. They try to confuse you and trick you into watching old footage. It’s 2:30 in the morning and I’ve been watching their livestream all night. They stopped broadcasting and rolled the footage right into footage from an hour and a half ago. Why on earth would I care about what the radars and storm trackers said an hour ago. David Payne has no problem acting like he’s an A list movie star but he can’t even be bothered to stay up during late night severe weather, if he can be bothered to come in at all. Just today he was saying that we “had a lot of fun tonight” when there are at least two reported injuries from the tornadoes across the state. They also can’t be bothered to update their weather forecast. Well guess what David, Payne in my neck. Nobody cares about your stupid stories, sports news, or “expert” interviews. We only watch you for the weather and particularly you because of the equipment. Show up, do your job, go home when the job is over. People rely on you for their safety and you act like that’s nothing. Also if Envirodispose is reading this, I am absolute never ever using your company, and I will vehemently recommend against it.
