What is the point of having a block feature if the accounts I block continue to show up on here? I've blocked several accounts and people literally dozens of times and they still show up on my feed. I would be amazed if somebody from this garbage company actually replied to my support request and tell me why this happens

First, it’s mostly videos … and AI videos at that. Of actual news … maybe 10% of the garbage you see when you first open the app. The “homepage” or anywhere else, has no navigation to, say, local, sports, national, anything. Just jumbled garbage. Smart News is a thousand times better.
Too many ads
Deleting this news app. It’s gotten ridiculous in that you have to kill off 3-4 ads just opening it. Too many others that don’t pull stuff like that.
I used to love; now I hate!
I used to love this app but the ads have become unbearable. There are news stories that I cannot read because so much of the content is visible blocked by ads jumping around the page. On other stories the option to mute the auto of off and the sound is so loud that it hurts my ears. Not to mention that it can be startling in quiet settings. So I am deleting this app!
