Stopped working all the sudden
Not sure what happened. Maybe it went buggy and decided to stay buggy, but I can’t get into Newton so now I need to find another email app. Dont waste your money, its really not all it’s advertised to be.
Company has gone bust should be removed from App Store
Just had an email saying that the company has gone bust and that they are terminating service from 31st of July 24.
Annoyingly they will only be refunding partially due to their financial position. So, I’m out of pocket.
This app should be removed immediately from the App Store to prevent anyone else losing money .

It’s broken and they don’t care to fix it.
Don’t do it. The developers don’t respond, it mostly doesn’t work about one hundred percent of the time you want it to, and you’ll have to dispute charges to get your money back. Shame because it used to be great.
Not worth it anymore
This used to be a great app but it was sold one or two times and the product innovation and product support fell off a cliff. Many issues came up with the app where it stopped sync’ing properly and the lack of product innovation along with ZERO customer service responses for weeks to many critical functionality issues simply made the app unusable any longer. It’s a shame they stopped supporting it but because of this, Cloud Magic / Newton product should be pulled from the App Store.

Customer Support Never Responds
I subscribed to the annual plan via the iOS App Store but the app doesn’t recognize that I already subscribed and keeps prompting me over and over.
Reached out to customer support but they never responded. I’m currently going through apple to get a refund.
So basically the company has my $50 but the app doesn’t recognize me as a annual subscriber. This company is a scam.

Illegal renewal. Scam Scam
Despite emailing 3 times to cancel they still renewed and now do not reply when contacted.
I even erased my credit card but they found another of mine.
This app is now one big scam. Do not buy it. There are several others which are better and cheaper. I will also contact Apple to delist this app.

I emailed their hello email address but they’re just ignoring me.

HELP! Not fetching email
Newton looks great. BUT, it will not fetch my email using EAS/EWS! I’ve tried multiple times.
One chance to try
When you first find newton you are given 14 days to try, i did and it was not right for me.
But now my situation has changed i came back to see if it now fits it looks like it would it looks like a good program not sure why it has such few likes.
But I cannot try again not even with a light version or with one account, if you want to try a second time its £50 a year.

Scam
I cancelled my subscription and they still sent an email saying there gonna charge me.

Do not give them access to $$$$! Zero customer service options and unwanted charges
I have used Newton mail for years now. At the time my most recent subscription was to be renewed, I did not want to renew it as I am trying to save money. This app says it has a link to manage your account when you click on it, it goes to a page that no longer exist. I’ve spent hours trying to find a link to permanently cancel my account because every day I am getting emails saying that Newton is attempting to charge me to renew my subscription. I have sent at least 10 emails in the recent weeks, telling them to stop charging me that I no longer wanted to renew my subscription and to provide me someway to delete my account information to remove my credit card information, everything I could do, and asked for this to stop in for me not to continue using Newton for now until I can get finances in order because this is a very expensive app. I have been charged today, and it looks like they are attempting to charge me again in a few days and i have no way to stop them because they are ignoring my emails and not providing any way for me to manage my account. My next option is going to be personally legal action if they do not acted on immediately.

Unresponsive Support - unable to cancel
The website pages used to manage your subscription, suspiciously doesn't work. You therefore cannot cancel your subscription. They are taking money and not responding via email.

Warning: keeps charging you after you cancel
They absolutely will not respond to messages or any contact and have continued trying to charge me even though I canceled my service as well as specifically sent an email when they sent me a renewal message that I had canceled and do not authorize my card to be charged.
MIssing email
I find I have to go back to good old Apple Mail in order to get all of my email. I'm. not sure what I need to do to make sure all of my email is delivered. Sometimes the Newton App on my iPad is 2-3 days behind, even after a refresh. I will not be renewing my subscription in May.
Disgrace
I paid for subscription late November, it's not working from day one. Tried several times to reach support and no response. Inside the app message appears "you have an active subscription", and then follows up with "your trial expired buy a susbcrption". A total disgrace, and nothing to do to make it work or get a refund.
