Plain-text emails are sometimes displayed incorrectly.
When a plain-text email uses Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ISO-2022-JP and Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable, part of the message is displayed as raw Base64-like text instead of being rendered correctly. The remainder of the Japanese text is also displayed with garbled characters.

Updates
Your support is very appreciated!! Always improving the software. Please, the Google application is too intrusive. Google is distorting a great app.
Stopped working today
AltaMail suddenly went into endless loop of incoherent authentication dialogues. Nothing works anymore after years of using this app. I can’t escape the dialogues. I have to close my phone, renter and kill the app. 5 gmail accounts and I can’t access any of them. No send, no receive, no nothing but dialogues that don’t tell me what account they want me to log into. AltaMail also is fighting with 1Password. Even passkeys don’t work. Broken app.
