Horrible
The worst app ever. I tried to set my payment method and change the default and it doesn’t let me so I tried to contact them and it closes the app every time that I use that section. Probably the worst app I have ever used. Don’t bother.
No barcode
When I downloaded this new App for the NAC, it doesn’t give me a barcode which means I have to have the worker check me in. I want seamless access to the NAC, but now have to wait for someone to check me in. I thought the whole point of the App is to make it easier for members. The front desk receptionist even said they are aware that some members don’t have a barcode, and nothing to indicate that it’s being worked on. For the amount of money we pay in monthly dues, this should not be an issue.

So far the new app hasn’t worked for me
I never had an issue with the old app. Signing up for classes was easy and worked. I missed a few classes because the were full.
Still crashes
Yesterdays “update” hasn’t fixed the issues - please hire a professional app developer
Been patient
I only use the lap pool. This new app has no lap pool schedule. Filtering aquatics on the group exercise page leaves things out. I can adapt my schedule around lap pool activities if I know them. It’s been weeks to months. Please consider us lap pool folks.
