Super buggy, does not do a fraction of what it should.

My membership reflects differently in the app for what I actually pay at the Y, thus not allowing me to use features I pay for.

And good luck trying to recover a password or create a new account; the app never sends you a pin.

Can’t add activities

I’m a sucker for challenges and the app now allows you to complete challenges for badges. However? on both iPhone 16 Pro and iPad, the ‘Add new activity’ screen shows a bottom activity menu that appears swipeable but cannot be expanded by swipe or tap, making activity logging impossible. I just want my badges…

I am able to login on the website, no problem. But login doesn’t work on the app anymore.

Horrible testing

Password works on online platform but fails on the app. Same password is being used via password manager.
