Lots of issues connecting
Seems that there was an update with the app and I was not able to login with the previous version. It was giving me errors and I did not receive the link for the video call - the Dr was delayed with another patient - but there was no way to know what would happen next since I was already late for my own appointment. It was a whole nightmare to use it. I had to download it in another computer and reset my phone to update the app and then I finally was able to use it.
